“A day reflecting the sweat and determination of our students”
Our Annual Sports Meet was held on November 2nd and 3rd, 2018. Former cricketer Sri Tinu Yohannan inaugurated the meet by lighting the lamp and Principal Miss Dhanya D.M. presided over the function. Our chief guest received the salute from the house members, and the captains of the four Houses took the oath. Our School Head Boy Harinarayanan R. dictated the oath to the house captains. The welcome speech by Mrs. Preethi Prasanth was followed by the torch bearing ceremony, and the sports champions of our school lit the cauldron boosting everyone’s spirits. Sri Tinu Yohannan addressed the students, exhorting them to work hard physically as well as mentally to become good individuals. There was also a drill display by girls. R.S. Akshaya of Class XI-A delivered the vote of thanks. After the formal function, the school witnessed a vibrant day filled with various events such as races, throws, jumps, etc. The second day of the Sports Meet was set aside for games.
